To be eligible for return:

* Item must be unused and in original condition
* Item must be in original packaging (when applicable)
* Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for:
* All return shipping costs
* A 15% restocking fee

Because many of our pieces are substantial in scale, we strongly encourage you to carefully measure your space, and the item dimensions listed, prior to purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order pieces are final sale.
These items are custom produced specifically for you and begin production shortly after your order is placed.

Please allow 5–8 weeks for production, not including delivery time.
