Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Smaller items will ship via standard carrier and tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled.

Furniture Delivery

All large furniture items require a custom shipping quote.
After your order is placed, we will contact you with an in-home delivery quote from our trusted third-party logistics partner. Delivery will be scheduled directly with you once finalized.

Local Pickup

Orders selected for pickup must be collected within 14 days of notification that your item is ready.

Due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold items beyond 14 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
